Energy Company Obligation Reforms
The changes to the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) means ECO2 has been extended from 1st April 2017 to 30th September 2018 to enable reforms and allowing industry time to adjust before further changes are made. The increased focus on low income and vulnerable homes is part of the Government’s plan to improve the energy efficiency of 1 million homes by 2020.

AJ100 Awards: Building of the Year shortlist revealed
AJ has announced the eight buildings in the running for the prestigious AJ100 Building of the Year Award. Last year’s winner was WilkinsonEyre’s Weston Library in Oxford. This year’s shortlist includes buildings from Hawkins\Brown, Foster + Partners, Architype and many others.
The winner will be announced on Wednesday 14th June at the Tower of London.
